By using the MIHR Employment Forecasting Tool (the "EFT"), you agree that such use is at your own risk and you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Disclaimer.  

The contents of the EFT are for informational purposes only. Content and features of the EFT are subject to change or termination at any time without notice.  Due to unique individual needs of each user, the EFT is not intended to be a substitute for legal or employment related advice.

All information contained in the EFT is protected by the Canadian laws of copyright. Unless permission is specifically granted, no one may copy, redistribute, reproduce or republish in any form, any material located on the EFT. 

The laws of Ontario shall govern these Terms of Use and Disclaimer and any dispute or claim based on your use of the EFT and you agree that any action or proceedings related to these Terms of Use and Disclaimer shall be brought in the courts of Ontario to which jurisdiction you attorn.

Provided you agree with the above mentioned Terms of Use and Disclaimer, MIHR authorizes you to use the EFT.  If you violate any of these Terms of Use, your permission to use the EFT automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of any portion of the EFT.
