The national study and online forecasting model was made possible through extensive consultation over the past 5 years with all industry stakeholders (through research efforts, HR forums, meetings and events).

In particular, we would like to recognize the generous contribution of 17 mining companies—a 50 per cent response rate-with Canadian operations who responded to MiHR's 2010 National Survey .
